Steve Jameson started in the business in 2005 working with and at various dealership customers before transitioning full-time to DRI. He is extremely proud to carry on the family legacy at DRI of taking great care of our customers, taking great care of our employees and pushing to be better at both of those every day. The most rewarding part of his position at DRI is helping new talent learn the business and seeing them grow into a role where they can bring value to our customers.
Steve received a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University where he was also a member of the varsity football team as well as an MBA from Michigan State University. He loves to travel with his wife and three sons all over the world but finds it hard to beat Higgins Lake, Michigan. Steve has recently found another passion in coaching youth football.

Alisha has been in the automotive industry for over 13 years. She started her career in the dealership as a Sales Associate and over the years moved her way up becoming a Finance Manager, Sales Manager and ultimately a General Sales Manager. Over the years and with multiple organizations, she built her automotive skill set and helped her dealers achieve record breaking goals. Alisha joined the DRI Team in 2019 and has assisted in helping dealers all over the state maximize gross profits in their FI Departments. She works as an extension of the dealer to achieve common goals and works directly with each department to ensure overall success. Alisha prides herself on her hard work, communication and commitment to making sure her dealers come out on top. Outside of work Alisha loves anything outdoors. She enjoys hunting, hiking, fishing, boating, wake surfing and eating. When she’s not working she’s traveling or spending her down time hanging with her husband and their golden doodle, Ripp.

Allen recently started with DRI in 2022. His background ranges from sales experience, retail finance roles, virtual sales and overall dealer development and growth. His diverse experience in the industry allowed him to learn and capture multiple styles of sales, the most impactful is telephone sales. He has worked in the mortgage industry, the wholesale industry, engineering sales industry and of course the automotive industry as a finance manager and finance director. In Allen’s automotive experience he trained and lead 15 new and seasoned team members weekly, provided live coaching and in-depth product knowledge including proper word tracks. In addition to leading a team, Allen held top income producing numbers in his career and continues to use his knowledge to help our customers grow their profits.
Anthony has been a businessperson since age seven when he convinced his mom to give him $2 to go to the movies. Since then, he has been involved in every type of business from brick ’n’ mortar to online. Anthony’s passion for business and technology motivated him to graduate from Michigan State University with double bachelor’s degrees in Advertising and Telecommunications. Anthony joined DRI in 2016, to run the company-owned marine and powersports division, Pinnacle Protection Plans, and assist the DRI team in creating marketing material for point-of-sale, video and online. At the annual DRI Golf Outing, it is very easy to spot Anthony…he’s the one with all the cameras! Outside of the DRI world, Anthony enjoys raising his daughter, working on home projects, exploring new places, learning new things and volunteering to help build and promote his Humanist Congregation.
Aubrey was born and raised in Houston, Texas and played football throughout his schooling. He graduated from Texas State University with a major in communications and minor in business administration. Having grown up around the automotive industry, with his father and grandfather being involved in retail auto sales, it wasn't a huge surprise when he also decided to pursue a career in the sector. After gaining experience in the retail and F&I space, he decided to make the jump to a position to assist dealers to excel in all areas of operation. In his free time, Aubrey enjoys hiking, shooting and spending time with friends and family. His favorite quote is, "If everybody is thinking alike, then somebody isn't thinking".

For the last 10 years Brooke’s automotive career has been dedicated to dealer groups in Michigan inside retail roles, and training and development. She helps individuals and dealers obtain their goals by assisting in profit growth and professional development. Brooke joined Dealers Resources in 2022 to continue her career in dealer development. She is responsible for assisting in new and current dealership relationships, preparing materials for our team and overall dealer support. Outside of her professional role at Dealers Resources, Brooke is a member of her local high school cheer team’s board where she is the director of sponsorships. In addition to her professions, Brooke is an avid Pitbull lover and enjoys spending time on the lake with her kids and family.
Charles joined the team at DRI-SW in 2012. Charles was introduced to the automotive industry by his uncle owned a Lincoln Mercury Dealership in the 70’s & 80’s. In his 37+ years in the automotive industry, he has held every variable position in a dealership from Salesperson, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, GSM, GM, to Managing Partner. He uses this work and life experience daily to work with his clients to increase their overall profitability and success. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, traveling and spending time with his grandchildren.
Chris is an Alma College graduate with 17 years of retail experience as a Finance Manager and Director. He has been with Dealers Resources for 5 years. His retail experience in both import and domestic stores in metro Detroit has allowed him to provide dealers with first class support in both training and profit growth. Chris has been a great addition to DRI. When he is not in the field supporting our customers, he likes to spend free time fishing with family and friends on Michigan’s world class lakes and rivers. He is also an avid sports and music fan.
Jan graduated from Michigan State University and majored in graphic design. She furthered her education with a minor in economics. Jan started her career in the car business 38 years ago doing CSI for two ford dealerships, that lead to being an agent, and claims adjuster for an insurance company. Later she worked as a consultant, building & training people in aftermarket centers at dealerships throughout the USA. Jan returned to Michigan and started at DRI in 1994. Her favorite part about her career is the people, and the fact that her job is different every day! Outside of work Jan loves boating on Lake St Clair, snowmobiling and playing pickleball. She serves on the board of numerous charities and enjoys giving back to communities.
Jeannine was born in Detroit and raised in Plymouth Michigan. She studied dental hygiene at Delta College. Jeannine career in the car industry stared when she took a job working in the body shop as an office assistant, and instead of returning to school she was offered a role in the sales department which she accepted. Since then, Jeannine has worked various roles as a salesperson, finance manager, sales manager and a contracted national sales trainer. She has been in the car business since 1981 and has been working for DRI since 1998. In Jeannine’s spare time she enjoys home DIY projects, spending time with her friends and two grandchildren.
Jim was Born and raised in Grosse Pointe Farms Michigan. He went to Wittenberg University and double majored in business management and economics. Jim’s career in the auto industry started in 2004 when he was offered positions from customers of his. At the time Jim owned his own boat detailing company and moved into the car business by job offerings from his clients. He has experience being a finance director as well as a sales manager. Jim’s favorite part about the car business is the art of selling and being part of a team. Some of Jim’s hobbies are watching Michigan football and spending time on the water with his family.
For the last 31 years Kevin has excelled in his career within the auto industry doing various types of roles. He is experienced in F & I positions, lender roles as well as a dealer field agent. Kevin started his career right out of college as a bank lender and has only grown since then. His favorite part about his job is that every day is different and provides a new opportunity. One thing that Kevin is proud of is the success that comes with training finance managers, and watching their lives change for the better. Outside of his professional life he enjoys spending time with his family, hockey, live music, and the outdoors. Some of the best advice Kevin has received in his career is “do unto others as you would have done unto you!”
Michele was born/raised in Michigan and went to school in Michigan at MSU where she studied communications and public relations. She started her career in the car business as a BDC agent and has worked in many roles ranging from finance all the way to training and development. Michele has been working in the business for 17 years and considers her career to be one of her greatest accomplishments. In her free time, Michele likes to travel, volunteer at her local church and spending time with her 5 children and husband. One of Micheles best pieces of advise she’s ever received was from her father, “Never turn your back on an opportunity – it may never come again.”
Ron was born in raised in Birmingham and Northville Michigan. Graduated from Northwood University in 2009 with two bachelor degrees: management and international marketing. Family is a huge part of his life, and has been married for almost to his wife Rebecca since 2018. Ron has two boys, Ronnie and Brooks. He has been in the car business for over 10 years and has worked every variable title on a dealership level. With roles of sales, Finance, new/used car sales manager, F&I director, GSM and GM experience. Ron joined the car business from a career fair at Northwood University. His favorite aspect of the business is leading a team & increasing profitability and making processes more efficient for the dealership and customer. One of Ron’s successes he shares is when he doubled the F&I contribution for two key accounts over the last two years. One of Ron’s best pieces of advice he was given in the past was “Manage the process, lead your team”, “excuses are the crutches for the untalented” , “There is no success without a successor”
Roy brings a wealth of Automotive wisdom to his Dealer Clients, having worked extensively in 4 sides of the Automotive Industry: Dealer, Manufacturer, F&I and Sub-Prime Finance. Following his graduation from the University of Notre Dame, Roy left his hometown of Saginaw for Detroit… to pursue a career in Field Sales with General Motors. After 9 years at Cadillac, Roy left Cadillac to return to Saginaw to pursue a career in the then fast-growing field of Automotive Finance and Insurance. Seeing the potential in Special Finance, Roy opened a BHPH Independent Used Car Lot in Lake Mary, Florida. Sales were a success, but the ongoing capital requirements were not available. He then returned to Saginaw to help launch a major BHPH enterprise, known today as RIGHTWAY AUTO SALES. He also helped establish AmeriCredit in mid-Michigan by signing up dealer clients. Roy joined DRI in 2005…and is a valued F&I representative. He has helped dealers to consistently increase F&I income over the years by providing training, bringing them qualified job candidates, creating goals, action plans and monitoring results. He keeps dealers current on developing automotive trends, opportunities, and innovative and cutting-edge solutions. His clients know they can call him anytime… after hours… and on weekends …and he will answer. Roy has been happily married 44 years to his wife Helen, and they are most proud of their 3 sons. Roy has 2 favorite quotes:

With over 20 years of automotive industry experience, Shinthya’s career has spanned both retail and various training positions with dealers, JM&A Group, and Assurant Solutions. Her trilingual background has contributed to her tremendous success, both inside the U.S. and internationally. She is a master trainer with 20 years of experience in multiple roles in both domestic and international dealerships including sales, finance, and fixed operations with measurable growth for clients.
Shinthya joined Dealers Resources in 2016 as the Midwest territory manager, where she is responsible for cultivating new and existing dealer relationships, initiating training opportunities for the training & development division, and ensuring dealership success through adherence to our training efforts.
Tom was born in Michigan and has lived in various cities all over the state. He currently resides in Mt. Pleasant Michigan and has lived there since 2004. Tom has been in the car business since 2014 doing many roles! He started in sales and then progressed into Finance, Internet Management, New Car Manager and General Sales Manager. One of Toms favorite thing about the car business is being able to help friends and family make great decisions during their buying process. He started with DRI this year and is looking froward to progressing his career even further. Outside of work Tom loves spending time outdoors with his family as well as hunting and fishing.
